Flat lay item prep & why it’s important.

Dedicate one box or bag specifically for the bride & one for the groom. inside each will include all special items needed for the photographer to help keep your morning stress free. You can even have one box dedicated to neutral wedding details such as the paper goods, flowers / greenery if you prefer to keep those separate. Also do not be afraid to ask your florist to include smaller extra or additional flowers or greenery on the day of if possible. This always helps represent the wedding day to its full potential. As for the RINGS, they ALWAYS need to be with the BRIDE’S details. The Bride’s location is always where the photographer will start photographing for the day unless mentioned otherwise.

Typically, your photographer will want to start the day by getting all these items photographed before too much of the wedding day action starts. The last thing you want to worry about on your wedding day is digging through bag after bag, trying to remember where your shoes, perfume and jewelry are for photos as soon as the photographer arrives. I promise you, The key to an stress-free wedding is organization! So make this a TOP priority, that you ensure your and your fiancé’s detail items are all together as best you can.
