Meet the creator & photographer behind Still Shot Photography LLC.

Hi guys, I’m ashlee & I love my camera, my family and coffee of course! ;) & I love doing what I do, photography has been such a rewarding career for me in many ways. I am so grateful for all of my clients, friends & family who’ve supported me along the way. I also really enjoy connecting with people, doing different things and creating content with small businesses!

I’ve been in the photography industry for 9 years & in 2021 I decided to take a leap of faith and obtain an LLC to turn my hobby of 6 years into a career that I am truly passionate about. & yes, when it all became official, I cried! I know, I know, it sounds silly to some, but I’ve spent a lot of time fueling this passion of mine. August of 2024 will be 3 years in business & I hope to own my own studio one day!

I’ve always been a creative person, so being able to express my creative side through my career is the best “job” I could ever have imagined. And though many urged me not to, I decided against sticking with a specific genre of photography because I truly enjoy it all. To me photography is more than just a job! I look at every session in a different way because each family is special in their own ways. I aim to create a very down to earth & fun vibe during photoshoots to make it enjoyable for everyone.

& you best bet I am all about letting the kids run the show. In my 9 years photographing families & small children, I have found a way with working with little ones to make it fun & get those natural smiles. Sometimes having one on one time with Ashlee & her camera is just what every kid needs. LOL I get to be silly & playful give them surprises if they listen for mom & dad! Uhm hello, how could my job get any better?!
